Amnesia

You raped my soul and left it to die With dreams beat down and life that flies But I found my light, like most of us do I pushed through the torture and got the clue. You are my past and I don’t forget The choices fathomed without regret Still moments in time, remembering its worth Choosing phases of strength, with an eternity of rebirth.
