Alive at last

The wind blows softly through my hair
We walk hand in hand without a care
You are to me, what air is to fire
For you dear, I have a hot desire
Red and burning deep inside my soul
When you are gone I am half of a whole
To be able to laugh with no holds barred
Because of you my heart isn't scarred
While I sleep it is you that I dream of
Your love is gentle like a white dove
The fears I had are now gone far away
Stay with me love I beg of you...stay
Our love is epic, no one can dare deny
No more bad days, no fear, I won't cry
No more nightmares it is all in the past
Thanks to you I am finally alive at last
