A World With No Lies
Sid entered a world with no lies,
and it was hard at first to realize
that yes meant yes and no meant no.
Priscilla would not lead her man
down garden path...
Sid entered a world with no lies,
and he searched for this woman
named Priscilla,
but he only found
a neglected garden path.
Then he found a drawing of her face.
It was charming, and the artist told no lies.
Priscilla's address was on the back -
a shack, no less, a shack,
and the path was non-existent.
He sought her out,
and for a lifetime they told no lies,
and to be fair, had they met right here,
on our earthly plane,
they would have acted just the same.
