A Wanderer
A wanderer once set out
In search of some treasure to have
Nothing so precious thought about
Than something as true as love
A wanderer, once tired of searching
Threw down the anchor to settle
On halt was no pleasure in perching
In the sight of an anxious looking turtle
But then …
The wanderer met the wanderer
And thanked the One above
They couldn’t and cannot be put asunder
For truly they are in love
A wonderer once was in contradiction
In doubts of what seemed and was right
Tired of thoughts, a false discretion
A far walk away from the light
A wonderer once got to know
Of the wonderful treasure found
It was, to the one, a mighty blow
The head spinning all around
For …
The wanderer met the wanderer
And thanked the One above
They couldn’t and cannot be put asunder
For truly they were in love
