A Tiger's Demise

A TIGER'S DEMISE Mother with your precious child Danger is waiting in the wild You live in prison but you're unaware AND The human species seem not to care Once you were many Now hardly any They see not your true worth Measuring value by weighing a purse You'll soon be gone and others in kind Those who have taken you will soon find Gold pays not for such lives as yours Guilty lives worthless, defiled, deplored Greed is the force of your demise BE IT KNOWN: Greed's practitioners soul too dies "Tiger tiger burning bright In the forests of the night" ELIZABETH SMITH
