A Thank You Note
"Be of good cheer for life and death
Are twins that steer brief human breath."

Thank you dear friends, for words of hope;
For thoughtful trends, for help to cope.
Our loss feels brief with this journey;
Our time of grief feels less gloomy.
Thank you so much for support calls;
For mindful touch, kind help and all.
As death marks plain, we turn and toss;
With heartfelt pain, we mourn our loss.
Thank you for words, for presence too;
For healing hurts, for all you do.
May joy in time ease sorrow's sting;
May lovely chimes spring cheer that sings!
