A Self Portrait
I see the shadow,but ‘tis
not me,I see.A fleeting glance,
a familiar face each morn
I see.I live with this visage,
I know ,yet know it not,
as others see.I draw,and
draw again,this reflection,
captured,frozen in time,
an ‘as is moment, inanimate,
still, and yet stays remote
