Death separates flesh from spirit
as we leave this physical realm.
And it's a meaningful moment;
for awareness includes an end.
For people that truly believe,
it's the first step to paradise.
And they embrace the soul's journey,
strengthened by their unflinching faith.
They expect to experience
rapture upon exiting life.
And regain their lost innocence
in God's sanctuary of love.
At the instant of their demise,
they will discard their mortal guise.
And partake in a miracle
that only asks that they believe.
Life can end at any moment,
how can you not be curious?
In death, all speculations cease;
and one truth; shall then be the truth.
