A Poem

I sat reading a magnificent poem
Words filling my mind with lonesome
Prose worthy of my heart’s adoration
Wonderful phrases that always hearten
Nourishing my soul with inspiration
Sending my thoughts upon the mountain
Of joy, peace and all that is motivational
Reminding me why that all poetry is fateful
And each rhyme brings with it a sensation
Of pleasing feelings that continue to happen
Through the heart and soul and spirit’s secret
Where words and phrases have not a limit
And all that jingles brings feelings of serenity
Thrills of mind that encourage the catchy
Phrases that fill up the moments with delight
And seem to always bring so much insight
