"a Picture"

A picture in my hand that tells of a time... Takes me to another day when it was mine... The picture not so old or even faded... Which makes it so real ,not even dated... If I can climb into this scene I might have held you more... Maybe a few more kisses or a dance across the floor... The shine in your eyes tells me you were into this... Your hands around my shoulders and how you leaned over to kiss... I can still feel your cheek on the side of my neck as you took me to a place ... I wonder if you knew how my heart melted in your sweet embrace... Still I hold this picture in my hand that brings me far away... I can just close my eyes and wander just like its today...
