Remembering this one One of your best haiku ever. Well, Kash, wasn't it interesting the comments you and I got on our lying poems? I sure hope you didn't mind I did that. The moment i read yours, I thought it was SO clever and the idea to respond to it just grew and grew in my mind. Thanks for inspiring me so I could enter the contest. In her rules she said to make it serious to trick her. WIth our tone, we were not serious. I hope we still might win! Goodnight. I was up way too late here. andie

Kashinath, This is really magical, I love the images and the idea that we all live in different time zones so when your sun sets it rises somewhere else. This is a very clever haiku, wonderful:))))

Hi Kashinath. Thank you for your visit. Great imagery and thought in this lovely piece. Love the idea that when my sun sets, it rises for someone else. Like the members on this site, we all have different times to be on, yet we are all one. The very best of luck in the contest. Eamon

While the sun sets here, it is rising somewhere else in the world. This is a good descriptive haiku that will make Charles Henderson's choosing more difficult.
