A lie, Blinds well, deceives, And gives one masks to wear, Pretense intoxicates like wine But Truth stares back in the mirror later, Cutting through all the delusions, Exposing what is real, What is truly Inside. Wow... How often we are fooled not just by others but of ourselves, because when truth comes out what we are left with is a reflection of ourselves and how we are reacting and being..sometimes this must happen in order to reveal the truth. It changes us...so often I write how I feel what I cannot put into words. Writing is a release to me to see myself and what's going on around me so I can better see what's going on inside me Thank you for this write! I love this! :)
