A Heart's Desire

A boy went to his mother claiming, he wants to be great. “What do you mean son” asked his mother I want to be someone you can be proud of Someone everyone will love I want to help people, support people, serve people Be their strength, when they are feeble. I want to create, motivate, and alleviate the negative, relative mental state. I want to provide homes for the homeless Care for the careless and Father the fatherless “That’s wonderful” cried his mother. But Mom, I can’t “why not”? she asked. As he spoke, he began slowly drifting “You never had me…” Waking up in tears Her heart unclear Her decision in fear… She asks herself, what is her heart’s desire????
