A Fly In a Web

I’m running towards you You’re pushing away In the dark Where you left me I’ll stay You’re stuck on her But you’re all I have left Her touch isn’t one you forget Did you spin her the web you spun me? Promises to make the future a reality. Were they hers before they were mine? An empty house A restless mind Then I came along You found a distraction But you know the future Isn’t what the past was.
