A Divine Autumn Day
How glad my soul's eyes were, to see
such a beautiful sight! It was as though a piece of heaven
was brought down on Earth by an Invisible Hand. The red and yellow leaves
reflecting on a pond;
the pond as clear as a giant crystal;
and the air calm, with only serene silence,
a feeling of divinity got hold of me!
