A black feather perches in my soul.
Dreams of shouts for freedom,
Emotions built and have died for a reason. His
sadistic unconscious goal of desire. I beg,
“Please No More! “ My
empty words echo only to be heard by my sister’s ghost.
Refuge under my tear stain pillows,
abandoned by my own shadows long ago.
Thoughts of the “Burning Bed”
embrace, but not the courage
Fearful, of inadequacy
inhibit my mind. How much longer is this going to last? His
grunts of ecstasy and relief has been fulfilled, as I
hope and hunger for freedom from my ropes of bondage.
Tears, blood stains, and wet guilt embellish my bed.
“Please No More!
