My Solitude
Look deeply if you dare,
a deafening quiet’s there.
In lush woods of the mind,
my solitude you’ll find.
Knock gently at my door.
Bring peace, I do implore.
In the quiet of the night,
my solitude takes flight.
Come join me if you can,
adrift in twilight land.
In a natural attitude
you’ll find your solitude.
