A little bird on the branch set Listen how nice its twittering Beautiful tones from a small orifice What do you want to tell me my little friend? The little bird has a secret to tell In the large oak tree down the hill it has built its new and sheltered nest And the greatest of all for this little mother in the nest there is two small light blue eggs waiting for protection and warmth from their mother 23.03.2012 A-L Andresen :) Copyright © All Rights Reserved

stunning write wonder if it was blur jay eggs in that nest or robins we have a mother robin that comes each year and nest b/t the pines outside our window boy those chicks can eat lol great imagery and play on words here also thanks for the warm comment on my poem free bird keep up the great writing enjoyed the read
