9 Months
First we dreamed
And then we prayed
God was there
When you were made
Just A piece of him
With a touch of me
The earliest green
Of our family tree
You won't recall
How my tummy did stretch
But the truth my darling
Is often far fetched
Sometimes a miracle
Stands months apart
While a little one sleeps
To the beat of your heart
