As water supplies rapidly dry up across the land, Fearful and scary these things we do not understand. Disease and pestilence have taken their toll, As humanity cries out not wanting to accept their forth coming role. Things we once had in abundance are now fleeing our grip, The taste of the good life has now soured on our lips. The most simple of things has now become a chore, Because once greed ruled our life as we had to have more. Fires ravish our homes and our lands, As our fate grows dimmer we stand so small in our Fathers hand. God grew angry and vengeance He took, When His people wouldn’t heed His word it’s all in the Book. He leaves the choices to us but He’s still in control, The choices are simple when it comes to your soul. Have we gone so far that we can’t turn back the page, Have we pushed Him too far and turned His love into rage. He destroyed nearly all humanity once and I’d bet He can do it again, He turns His back on wickedness and He hates all forms of sin. The last twenty years have brought many changes and many not good, We must start giving God the credit for all things, I think that we should. And to the ones that don’t believe, Well let them pack up and leave. This is Gods country and we have let the few lead the many too long, It’s just that I think we can still turn around what we know to be wrong. God Bless.
