In the Kingdom of the Fountains (From Published Book)
(The fantastic excursion for children from 6 to11 years) On coast of deserted waves… Alecsandr Pushkin INTRODUCTION: 1. On the coast of the Baltic sea, Peterhof still stands and remembers. It is the keeper of memory of the centuries, and the creation of Tzar Peter the Great. 2. There is the kingdom of dancing water, Palaces, sculptures, gardens to see. Every day, there is cheerful laughter, and everyone can have much joy! 3. But every night, here under the moon, you can see the other world: the forest ghosts, the water maidens who sing and dance, and with them, Marble Eve and Adam. 4. Sculptures of the Mountain are figures of a chess game, pawns, knights, castles, king and queen. Warrior Samson plays chess with Triton from midnight to dawn. 5. There, shadows wander among forest paths, and silhouettes of ships are floating somewhere far above the waves.
