In Australia
Irish love I send you. Wrap it all around. You have six here who care for you. And two who are underground. Irish angles watch over you. One on either side. Mum and Dad, no longer bickering. They now must be your guide. Irish luck be with you. Buy a lotto ticket tonight. I bet you by the morning. You'll book that first class flight. Irish rain to bathe you. Just a little sprinkle. Step outside and let it's softness, touch your face and make you tingle. Irish faith you have already. To keep your spirit strong. Connecting at Mass each Sunday with loved ones, passed on. Irish humour to sustain you. Ring me if you're feeling low. If you are a wee bit sad, I'll tell a joke. Put on a show. Irish eyes are smiling, when they hear your voice. I miss you and I love you. BUT we both know you have no choice.
