Never Give Up
There was a man driving late one night. Inside he was on the verge to break down. He thought that everything was falling apart. Broken pieces in his life seemed unfixable. For all his problems he blamed the world and even God. That same night a women was driving home. She was thanking God for everything he had done for her. These two different people have very little in common. However they both shared a gift from God. Not knowing the man drove to fast on the highway. He was too busy thinking about his problems. The woman was coming from the other side. She went down to reach her purse to get the phone. Right at the turn off the man lost control of his car. Flashing thoughts ran through his mind. Before the women could look up to see what was coming. Their cars crashed into a twisted collision. A week later the man woke up in a hospital. The doctor came in the room with a heartbreaking face. He told the man that God has a plan for everyone. When he had crashed into the other car it was his wife. The man was shocked to hear those painful words. Immediately he asked the doctor to see if she was ok. In profound words the doctor told him that his wife had died. Hot tears ran down the man’s face with deep sorrow. She was on her way home to tell him the good news. The gift from God was a baby that they would share. His head fell into his hands and cried out his heart. For the first time in his life he began to pray. He asked God forgiveness for all the things he had done. The moral of this story is that no matter how hard life is. How blinded we can be from the truth. We must never give up on God. For God will never give up on you.
