I heard a pastor preach; “we should witness to another.” Whether or not the person I share with is my brother. But here’s an ironic twist that I have often found. In many churches, the people are on “shaky ground.” Many in church don’t witness, because they may “offend.” They, like many, want everyone to be “their friend.” Sharing Jesus with others seems to be a thing of the past. Many have a relationship that may not even last. Many in church have addictions of their own. They don’t have the victory they need in their home. Even thought many hear what their pastor preaches… They know very little of what their Bible teaches! If a Christian isn’t grounded in the truth of God’s word. How can we expect to reach those who haven’t heard? We must have God’s victory in our lives as well! If we’re to help the sinner who is bound for hell! We must seek God’s awesome power and his grace! We must get alone with God in a special place. A place to pray and seek him with all of our heart… Seeking his will for our life is a great place to start! Godly victory in our lives needs to be evident! The coming of our Lord is near and imminent! Please come Jesus! Cleanse us with your fire! That sharing your love with others will be our desire!
