Supreme Dream
I had a dream It reigned supreme of any dream I've had before Bathed in light and taking flight I had flew to a distant shore My wife was there knelt down in prayer and enveloped by a glow I heard a voice that said rejoice The Lord God has saved her soul She prays for you, your children too; and she has since she arrived Release your guilt that you have built because God let you survive God called her home and now has shown that she's in a better place If you my friend had met your end This is not what you would face If you could see what hell will be you would die while still in sleep With just a glance you lose the chance to escape the fiery deep When you awake you must forsake the sin you have always knew Just like your wife Give God your life The life Jesus bought for you When I awoke my spirit broke and I fell down to my knees With sobbing prayer I pleaded there Lord forgive me please Yes, I had a dream It reigned supreme of any dream I've had before It saved my life and I'll see my wife Someday on that distant shore. © L.
