Inside Pocket of Satan
He placed me there tumbling around with his never change, If darkness is evil it lies in this satin pit of his suit. Seeing light at top yet so slippery is slope I can't climb, Will he let me wallow here till who knows how damned long? I do fear that hand which has held Hell in its very palm, Reaching deep into those depths of greed to maybe find me. His body heat alone has me sweating inside this cloth trap, Should he sit down I may be smothered within these walls. Or worse what if I've been actually placed in back pocket? Crushed beneath the biggest ass of all recorded history? Maybe I should give credit before that as he might save me? As dime from Great Depression he may spare one for brother? Believing not in you still you walk in halls of Congress; Just yesterday I heard muffled talk from my shark skin trap, Could have sworn it was you talking to one called President. Where will it all end and I'm sure you do know final answer. Copyright © 2014 Robert William Gruhn A.R.R.
