Love
Love is true love that lures you, not you alluring it Don’t try to find love, let love find you to hook. First sight love forces you not to fall, you just fall, First sight love is potent but have a second look. Love is like butterflies who’re not as civilized as men Who needs half happiness and twice the longevity. Have a look at butterflies flirting happily around sane, Settling down nowhere but full of joy and not longevity. Love is silent, language or tongue hasn’t power To speak what love incites by a kiss, a glance An eye, or a sound, a touch, a smile or a flower Even the tears, the messengers of grief and trance More eloquent than a hundred words to compare. Love is more than a common noun to suffice It’s a verb to care, share, help, suffer, and sacrifice A woman in travail has sorrow till her hour is come As she delivers, pain gone; Oh, the love of a mom. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Date: 31-12-13 Dr. Ram Mehta Fifth Place Win Contest: Three or more stanzas by Sheri Fresonke Harper
