Champion of the Sky
~*~ Golden flecked emerald eyes Glow through the darkness As she emerges from the shadows of her lair Crystal blue scales shiny and smooth Shimmer as they hit the moon light Leathery wings spread set to take flight Her majestic serpentine tail whips gracefully through the air As thunderous roars that resound from deep within Sparks fear in even the bravest Knight. A formidable predator Known through many a land Soaring high skyward bound Villages and towns left in the carnage of her wake Battles lost and vanquished foe Men turned to ash from her fiery flow No chains can ground this mighty beast No blade too strong No arrow too sleek Leaving a charred and desolate land Triumphant once again She the Dragon champion of the sky. ~*~ For Medaeval Idealism Sponsor Isaiah Zerbst
