I Miss the Miss You Were To Me
I miss who she used to be to me, a faithful friend, fair, full and free. She is not the queen I used to know I cannot find her gorgeous glow. I miss how she used to make me feel, emotion in motion on a wild wheel. She is now a shadow of her own reality I can't find her stream of soothing serenity. I miss the waves of her morning kiss a warm smile in my heart, her gently bliss, she is not the Sunshine I met at dawn, her memories fade faster like unkept lawn. I miss what you meant to me dear: a smile, a rainbow, a sister, a listening ear. You were to me, a mysterious damsel, I miss flying with your wings, my angel. I miss this, I miss that but not your words, they cut my heart like smooth swords, you said that, you say this, I doubt them now, I have learnt to love... who, when and how.
