For many do trivialise with a hat that is funny. The deeper meaning behind, is getting harder to find Why chocalte eggs are given and eaten just now. Is there a glut of them? Is there a chocolate laying hen? Or a chocolate factory that's owning a cow. Is there a golden rabbit? Did somebody bag it? This is one thing I do not know. But what it means to me, is not hard to see The size of the egg or the rabbit is for show. As I don't like chocolate bunnies or eggs I am out to rescue the bunny, hen and cow But what to do when the rescue is through I will put on my thinking cap just now When they are free You can leave it to me I will find something new to do with them. As for Easter this year, you need have no fear The animals will soon all be free To stop them being abused And to keep me amused No clue to the killer of the Easter bunny…. it’s me. © 21/03/2013
