Adrift Again Through Time
The mooring lines are being cut loose, our soul-ships are soon setting sail, bound for uncharted seas and set adrift again. They’ve been closely tethered for over two years now, but, their present destinations are no longer the same. Your ship is heading north, far north of my heart while mine will stay in dry dock for repairs to its sails and rudder. It needs lots of rest and love before slipping out. Surely God’s Love will feed me now, otherwise I’ll not travel far. What supplies have you taken on board to keep you fed and warm. I know not from where they will come, for it was I who kept you fed and warm before your newest voyage. May you travel safe and true my friend. I hope the Lady Susan never be dashed on the rocks or be sunk from the waves of Life, this is what I pray for you, my soul-ship, my love. As for the Knight Michael, it and he will eventually find a kindred ship to sail alongside in what is left of his life. Remember him and pray for calm seas and fair skies. Casting off the lifelines now, away we sail on our chosen courses. It’s just so sad to see us set adrift again through time...
