The Basis
And so I lived from hand to mouth watching, and wondering if I'd see you again while you ~ climbed higher and higher! Your tredmarks ~ seeming the same relationships, younger all the time and strategy, becoming harder and more obscure! While I began to condense and grow and realize ~ my life must go ahead! I must not fawn protectiveness not even for my own and enemies ~ the more were on their own incline! And then it could occur my worth ~ my rhyme and even my demur at last it was my time! A citizen, senior in confer a status, not obscure and all those benefits the aged must incur! A basis ~ for new life the stir ~ less gratifying strife and separations lure ~ now empty pools of rife! Except in dreams ~ and tears I see the promised cure, it seemed that then so easy the road should follow ~ sure! Our hopes consideration most certainly should be pure and jags and jolts, abrasions lessons ~ still . . . . insecure!
