Prelude I: Realization of My Loss
She's redefined my explination Of this, it is, the only thing killing still Me and what's this here? Only a love struck young girl with an envious follower Stunning articulateness and sculpted so perfect Her smiles hold my boggled heart in suspense I've tried, but there's no use It always strikes at the worst times So here I sit Pen in hand And so soothing it is To know her voice But I'm not for her I'm still waiting here For that last kiss from you I wished you would've chosen me But obviously you knew I was a fluke Still, girl, tell me What did you presume? Live shells and bloody lands show how much I've lost the war Doomed from the start, my arm's still bleeding But for the sake away from me Just make her as happy As I wished I could have And succeed where I have failed
