Life
We dress up in our team colours, Stand on the sidelines and shout Foul play, we all say, he definitely should be out What happened to that pass, what happened to that goal Fire the ref we all shout loudly, dig him a huge big hole!! And then we let it go In real life, we kick ourselves, For hours and maybe days on end We sit and shoot ourselves, over and over again, Things we should’ve known Things we should’ve seen, We moan and silently scream Where are our sports fanatics, Where is that one voice team, Why do we hide ourselves, When things fall apart at the seams Why aren’t we there all shouting In very vocal terms That everything around us, Seems to be a crock of germs! We all need a voice of reason, we all need a helping hand Where are you voices of likeness, or is it just a dream?
