A Discovery
Throughout the lands and the seven seas, humanity has been ravaged by all kinds of disease. These illnesses are both debilitating and deadly. They are caused by small agents we cannot see. I am among the crusaders who have never given up hope. I have spent countless hours gazing through a microscope. Illnesses are perpetrated by viruses and bacteria. The pathogenic numbers amount to a plethora. I have a bacterial culture inside this Petri dish. However, a factor has worked against my wish. What I see has been ravaged by mold contamination. Wait a minute. This deserves closer examination. Around the mycoses blooms, no bacteria grow near. Areas circling the mold are completely clear. I will further investigate to see what I can find. Perhaps something here will help humankind.
