Angels With Cold Noses
I miss them so my baby pets Their unconditional love But I'm as sure as the sun sets They're happy in Heaven above Watching over me they are Waiting for me to cross That rainbow bridge so very far But still I feel their loss The special way they'd cuddle me That purring in my ear Telling me that I was loved And that I needn't fear When I lost them every one I cried for weeks it seems I really almost came undone They showed up in my dreams But now I know they romp and play With pets of every kind In catnip fields the live-long day So many wonders to find Someday I'll be with them again And they'll leap into my arms No more sadness,no more pain We'll abide in Heaven's charms By Deb Wilson for All Creatures Great And Small Blog Contest sponsored by Constance~A Rambling Poet
