Stop Pretending
Stop pretending you love me, stop pretending you care, You can't fake it, it's like you're not really there. You see my face, you know my heart, so why don't you leave without a trace, like you wanted to from the start. Just go if you want to, I'll be ok. I love you babe, but today is a new day. I can't keep putting up with all these fights. They're the reason why I'm up on these lonely nights. The tears will fall, my heart will break, but you don't have to call, I don't want it to be a mistake. That's why you should stop pretending, cause you know you're fooling me. All these games are so condescending, but you're just too blind to see. Fight after fight I get so tired. Up night after night thinking about how you're such a good liar. Babe, this is not how it's supposed to be, so maybe we should stop pretending that there's still a you and me.
