A person's health should never be ignored
A path to wellness needs to be explored
Mind, spirit, and body need to be embraced every day
A balance of diet and exercise show me the way
Opening the door for endorphins to come out to play
Creating waves of happiness that last all-day
Quieting the mind a need to create
A good night's sleep will surely await
Stress and anxiety will be left to float away
Positive thoughts with a purpose here to stay
Remember you have one life you need to control The choice is yours make it your goal
