.     I have been writing poetry, off and on, since high school and have never really gotten serious about it. There simply isn't enough time as I have lots of other interests. I especially like being outdoors, be it yardwork or a simple walk through the woods. I love animals (especially dogs), music and history. 

   I have no education past high school and have never had anything published until I came here to PS.  My greatest accomplishment is being a dad to three wonderful children. i write mainly about nature but I like to add humor when possible. I am a lapsed Christian and have studied about other religions. I am affable but like my alone time. i would classify my types of poetry as mostly rhymes and sonnets...
